The villa, located on a breeze-swept hillside overlooking Coral Bay Harbor, is convenient to the famous north shore beaches and the National Park south shore beaches at Salt Pond and Lameshur. 
Shopping, restaurants, horseback riding, sailing, and other activities are only a short walk or drive away.

The Great Room consists of a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with full entertainment system, a dining area for four, and a half bath. The room is tastefully decorated and designed for the laid-back, casual living that St. John encourages. An outside dining area can be found on the large deck off the Great Room.

The lower level of the villa boasts a king bedroom suite with private bath and a second twin bedroom (easily convertible to king) with private bath. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and open onto a large deck area with comfortable furniture for reading or relaxing.

The villa features an ample sized pool. The pool area has a lounging deck with comfortable furniture and wonderful views of Coral Harbor and the Caribbean Sea.
